This Mother’s Day, Working Families Win asks you to join us in paying homage to America, mom and apple pie by investing in an All-American Mother's Day!
As you are out shopping for mom, simply take a few minutes to check the tag, flip over the card or ask your local merchant where his/her products were produced. This simple action supports American business and helps invest in the American middle class.
If you can't find any American made products at those big-box chains, try local merchants instead. Still no luck? Below are links to merchants who have made it a priority to Invest in America by keeping their products American made and keeping jobs in the U.S.A.

Working Families Win Launches
'American Priorities for Working Families'
American Priorities for Working Families is aimed at redirecting the content of the public debate toward the real priorities of America's working families. If you turn on the news today you might think that it is more important to balance the budget than to create jobs through proven stimulus methods, that it is more important to create competition for business than to protect Main Street from Wall Street abuses, that it is more important to cut ‘entitlement programs’ like Medicare and Social Security than to reduce military spending, that is is more important to cut government service jobs like teachers and fire fighters than to protect pensions and wages through strong labor unions.
Working Families Win knows these are not the priorities of a majority of America's working class and our goal is to make sure our elected officials and candidates know it! The 'American Priorities for Working Families' project is organizing in early caucus and primary states to ensure candidates on the federal ticket hear the real priorities of average folks. These priorities include:
CREATING GOOD JOBS
DRAFTING NEW TRADE RULES
ENSURING AFFORDABLE, QUALITY HEALTH CARE FOR ALL
PROTECTING SOCIAL SECURITY
AFFORDABLE HIGHER EDUCATION
